Mr. Jason Wong, Associate Partner and Head of Marketing of ClusterTech, introduced PRISMA – an innovative and state-of-the-art text processing technology tailor made for multicultural Hong Kong market to attendees from different government departments. He noted that in Hong Kong, text data are mainly in bi- and trilingual sentences, and illustrated the disadvantages of traditional ways of text processing, i.e. manually. He therefore suggested enterprises leverage the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, namely PRISMA, to extract hidden value from text data fast, accurately and objectively. This increases workforce productivity and enables timely strategic decisions.
