ClusterTech, the leading Big Data Analytics solution provider, in partnership with IBM, organized the “New Technologies, Data and Best Practices for Retail” Executive Luncheon on June 19, 2015 at the Mira Hong Kong.

During the Executive Luncheon, ClusterTech and IBM showcased the latest retail solutions regarding Internet of Things (IoT), social media analytics, customer data mining and marketing automation. Real case scenarios were shared. We were also grateful to have Mr. Willy Lai, business director of Fimmick, a leading social marketing agency partnering with ClusterTech, as our guest speaker. Mr Lai shared Fimmick’s new thoughts on SMART marketing that empower businesses to build an omni-channel digital ecosystem.

Big data analytics for retailers is in an exciting transformational stage as organizations extract powerful insights from big-data assets spanning from CRM data, POS data, IoT data and social media data. The analytical findings can lead to more effective marketing, new revenue opportunities, better customer service, improved operational efficiency, competitive advantages over rival organizations and other business benefits.
