ClusterTech Shares Success Cases at the “Exploring Online Business Opportunity through Retail Technology” Seminars
On 21st June, Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) held a series of seminars with the theme of “Exploring Online Business Opportunity through Retail Technology” (以科技開拓網上零售商機). Mr Kelvin Koo, ClusterTech’s Business Development Manager, was invited to deliver a speech on this topic.
Kelvin shared two success cases which allowed retailers to make use of data analysis to increase revenues and, at the same time, improve customer experience. In the first case, the client used ClusterTech’s big data analytics solution to personalize offers for a target group of loyalty program members with low return rates but high spending power; for the other, we helped a client analyze their customer feedback 40 times faster, allowing them to reduce customer feedback response time.
