ClusterTech was invited to exhibit its latest retail solutions at a Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) event on 19th June 2015.
The event consisted of four seminar sessions and a number of displays. The event was designed to help retail professionals such as SME owners, marketers and brand managers to improve their day-to-day practice.
As a leading business intelligence solution provider, ClusterTech contributed retail-centric solutions, including ConsoAdvisor (an inventory management system), ConsoMonitor (a business intelligence (BI) dashboard for fast fashion) and ClusterTech Social Listening Platform. The solutions leveraged the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data analytics to provide clients with actionable insights which can be used to improve customer experience and create business opportunities.
