ClusterTech Limited, as the Gold Sponsor, was invited to speak at “The 15th China Retail Development Summit - Focusing on Consumer Experience Upgrade in New Retail Era” from 8th - 9th, March in Shanghai. The two-day summit gathered management teams from the retail industry, e.g. P&G, Gap, Casio, Vanguard, JLL and K11 Mall, to discuss how they utilise data science and other innovative technology to improve customer experience in the new retail era.
Dr. Alex Choy, principal scientist at ClusterTech, delivered a keynote speech entitled “Big Data in Weather Driving New Retail” and introduced how retailers can take advantage of accurate weather forecasting to allocate resources and adjust strategies to achieve precision marketing.
