ClusterTech talks on AI/ML for engineering IET HK technical seminar
2019-05-20

ClusterTech was invited to speak at a seminar organised by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Hong Kong on 18 May 2019. Held in Hong Kong Productivity Council Building, the seminar attracted some 40 IET members.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine learning (ML) have dramatically changed the landscape of engineering management, enabling companies to solve traditional industry-specific challenges and improve operational efficiency. However, while engineering companies are able to collect the required data, e.g. from their building management systems (BMS), many struggles to utilise it effectively.

Through illustrative case studies, Project Consultant Mr Steven Leung and Senior Computational Scientist Mr Chris Chan shared their experiences on how engineering companies can better make use of their data, challenges and solutions, and how unstructured data can be used to meet business objectives.

As a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence, ClusterTech has more than 19 years of experience in data analytics consulting. Our multidisciplinary and professional team consist of domain experts, with Ph.D.s from top universities including Caltech, Stanford, and the University of California at Berkeley. We provide a comprehensive range of services and products to solve problems in massive data processing, large-scale computing, in-depth analysis, artificial intelligence, and uninterrupted service.
