ClusterTech was awarded the certificate of merit in the category of Smart People Award (Smart Inclusion) in Hong Kong ICT Awards 2021 with The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (hereafter HKFYG).


HKTDC International ICT Expo 2021, a leading event for cutting-edge smart city solutions and ICT technologies across all sectors, was held on 27-30 October at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). ClusterTech exhibited and showcased our featured products and solutions on High Performance Computing and AI and Analytics.


The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (hereafter HKFYG) - Youth Crime Prevention Centre held a workshop of “Project RADAR II Artificial Intelligence Big Data Analytics for Drug Problem in Hong Kong” on 13 May, 2021. “Project RADAR II - A Counselling and Treatment Program for Young People with hidden drug abuse problems and drug related criminal offences'' is a 3-year research program which aims to analyse the social media users’ opinions on drugs and the reasons for taking drugs through AI and big data analytics technologies. Hence, the organisation can provide some targeted anti-drug education and services to the public based on the research results.


Dr. Wai Mo Suen, Founder and CEO of ClusterTech, was interviewed by The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Research, discussing the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and high performance computing (HPC) in supply chain management and how it can help the enterprises to make rational decisions. Amazon Web Services (AWS) has become a major cloud computing platform in the world. AWS held a live webinar -- “Research and Technical Computing on AWS”, to explore how the experts can help to quickly analyse massive data pipelines, store petabytes of data, advance research using transformative technologies on 22 April, 2021.


ClusterTech has a strong obligation towards social responsibility and is an advocate of gender equality in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). For many years, ClusterTech has funded the ClusterTech Primary School in Gansu, China, and provided student scholarships and staff training. Recently, ClusterTech sponsored “The ClusterTech Prize” in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at the University of Sydney, which has the aim of encouraging outstanding female students in STEM.


ClusterTech was invited to speak at the IS-Dream Series: Data Science Webinar, which was held by Information Systems Association Business and Economics Association Hong Kong University Students' Union on 25 Feb 2021.


Recently, the theme forum of "The Road to Digital Transformation of Enterprises" was held in Beijing. The theme of this forum is "Enterprise intelligent manufacturing overall planning scheme and case sharing". More than 100 experts carried out in-depth discussions on the implementation scheme of digital transformation. ClusterTech was invited to attend the conference and presented its self-developed high-end manufacturing engineering simulation design solutions, which attracted great attention.


ClusterTech is honored to be selected to work with The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (hereafter HKFYG) - Youth Crime Prevention Centre on the PROJECT RADAR II which applied our award-winning AI text mining technology, PRISMA, to analyse the drug-related posts and comments on social media platforms.


The 16th CAE Annual Conference of Engineering Analysis Technology in China was held in Zhejiang province from 24th to 25th October, 2020, attended by over 500 industry elites. ClusterTech demonstrated the integrated solution of HPC & remote simulation design and WiseCloud design/simulation machine, shared the innovative practice of ClusterTech in assisting in the transformation of modern manufacturing enterprises.
