As a public transportation corporation operating one of the largest railway systems in China, the client receives a large amount of passenger feedback, written in a variety of different contexts, requiring significant manpower to process the data. In order to improve operations and provide better services, they sought a system that can automatically and efficiently categorise these texts for analysis.
